PHYSICAL CULTURE TEACHES ATHLETES HOW TO
MOVE, TRAIN, EAT AND RECOVER.

Random, tough workouts don't make great athletes. A pro would never do a workout because it's "tough." When it comes to training, everything has to have a purpose.

If it isn't getting you closer to the goal, whats the point?

We've created a simple - effective system that produces world class results.

 

Here's what you can expect with every training session:

01.

          MOBILITY &   

          FLEXIBILITY

Each athlete undergoes a thorough movement evaluation (FMS and FRA).

With these assessments we build a mobility and injury prevention program that addresses the athlete's individual needs and goals. 

02.

         SPEED & AGILITY

​Movement is a skill that can only be developed through practice.

Each training session places focus on teaching linear or multi-directional speed so the athlete learns to transfer that skill to their sport.

03.

           EXPLOSIVENESS

           & POWER

Strength training alone does not produce more explosive athletes. That's why we use specialized training methods that help increase the ability to produce more force faster. This is done through olympic lifts, plyometrics, med ball work, and jumping/landing techniques.

04.

          STRENGTH

We are the ONLY program in Tampa Bay that uses the Internal Strength Model (ISM). This method develops in athletes high levels of joint strength, muscular strength/size, and force production. 

All done with a high priority on movement quality & safety. 

05.

          CONDITIONING

Energy is what the athlete uses to perform their sport.

Our program includes Energy Systems Development (ESD) protocols to increase endurance so the athlete can maximize conditioning and minimize the effects of fatigue during training and competition.
